At Lucas Roasting Company we are completely committed to roasting the highest quality and freshest gourmet coffee and espresso available. Whether we are roasting an individual’s coffee order or taking care of a high-volume restaurant, our focus remains the same. Each small-batch of roasted coffee is scrutinized before it leaves our facility, and if we’re not satisfied that it’s perfect, we roast it again. We eat, breathe and sleep (well, sometimes) these premium coffees and espressos, and are happy to satisfy coffee fanatics everywhere.

Those of you who have never tasted fresh-roasted, gourmet coffee will be in for a fabulous treat when you receive your coffee or espresso within a day or two of roasting and can truly understand the flavor loss that most other coffee has gone through. Our roasting operation never uses a chain-of-distribution, so there is never a need to “warehouse” your coffee while it stales.
